These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Once upon a you (“the App”), operated by PurePixel. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Who may use the App

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account. The App is intended for parents and caregivers to create stories for the children in their family. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for supervising any children who enjoy the stories.

Your account

Keep your login credentials secure and do not share your account. Notify us at info@purepixel.io if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App to create or attempt to create content that is unlawful, harmful, hateful, sexual, or otherwise inappropriate, particularly given the App’s use for young children.
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
• Use the App to violate the rights of others or any law.

The App includes automated safeguards intended to keep generated stories age-appropriate, but you are responsible for reviewing content before sharing it with a child.

Content

You retain ownership of the profile details and scenarios you provide. You grant us the limited rights necessary to operate the App and generate the stories you request. Stories are generated by automated systems; they are provided “as is” and may not always be accurate, original, or to your taste.

Service changes & availability

We may add, change, or discontinue features, and we may set usage limits. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PurePixel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
